每一個人都可以是藝術家，如果你懂得代言大自然隱藏的密語，或者描摹生活裡與美麗無意間的偶遇。
藉著「尋寶」或「過五關斬六將」的方式，小草藝術學院秦政德將大龍峒裡各具風情的角落，串成尋寶圖般的探訪路徑。循著這個路徑，你將聽見大龍國小內魯花樹私藏的來自冰河時期的春天記事，將撫觸四十四坎走過幾世紀的滄桑肌理，將在保安宮內傾聽歲月留下的文明密語，將在巷弄間和春天的陽光紋身不期而遇………
請用散步的姿態，自在地舒展此地的人文地圖，親暱分享藝術家與詩人的相同感動。
 Anyone
can be an artist if they understand the secret codes of nature,
or portray the beautiful and unexpected encounters of life.
Chin Cheng-te of Spring Grass Art Academy joins together
different corners of Dalongdong in a treasure map of adventure.
By following the route he has laid out, you will see the record
of each spring dating back to the ice age, written in the
Oldham scolopia trees of Dalongdong Elementary School. You will experience the centuries of history
in the area's famed shop district, hear the secret whispers
of high culture at Bao-an Temple and encounter the sunshine of spring in the
neighborhood lanes.
Strolling through this treasure route of culture,
you will experience the rich heritage that has moved artists
and poets alike.

 【理念與過程
/ Concept and Process】
配合所規劃的整區軸線，設立「社區工作站」，再結合「大龍峒」地區及「迪化污水處理廠」的新舊歷史文化景觀資產，加以「小草藝術學院」熟悉的出版形式，將「文化護照」的觀念進一步脫胎為本地或外地人與社區重新接觸、互動、對話、創作的一種新公共藝術形式的創作計畫實踐。
「大龍峒藝術家」創作計畫的發想、設計與完成，皆須與地區內的歷史、人文、民眾、產業做接觸、互動，而且儘可能涵蓋全區。同時，藝術也不再遙遠，只要願意，每個人都可以一步一腳印加上雙手，成為藝術家，參與、完成與地區貼合的動作。所以像求「籤詩」，消費收集發票等證明…等，就是希望能深化與地區的關係並具「差異性」的安排。
「創作本」及「證書」將「文化護照」的觀念進一步脫胎為在地居民或外地人與社區重新接觸、互動、對話、創作的一種新公共藝術形式的創作計畫實踐。這也讓整個創作不會成為隨即消失無蹤的泡沫，而更能增加民眾的參與認同感。
以上所有的一切，同時又是一項創作形式的實驗和完成。
創作形式說明
（一）、創作執行：小草藝術學院、全體參與民眾。
參與創作的本外地”準藝術家”，先於「通路點」以取得「小草」印製的「大龍峒藝術家」創作本。「大龍峒藝術家」創作本裡針對規劃的動軸線，以「過五關斬六將」的方式，在全區設多關卡須準藝術家親自「走過」「動手」「參與創作」。待全關通過後，可取得「大龍峒藝術家」證書。
（二）、內容設計(依實際與居民討論,調整內容)
1、【大龍峒藝術家】：創作計畫前言:跨越【萬仞宮牆】一窺藝術廟堂之美。
2、【觀察比較篇1】：孔廟、眷村（拓印、描繪）。
3、【觀察比較篇2】：以行動藝術感受清涼篇，保安宮傳統藝術拓印描繪與保安宮抽籤行動。
4、【在地行動藝術互動實像篇1】：四十四崁商業活動參與、結合劉和讓創作。
5、【在地行動藝術互動文字篇2】：污水處理廠、淡水河岸、結合小草名信片及顏艾琳的詩。
6、【建立自己的藝術萬仞宮牆】：認證 (結合紙藝)。
7、【空白創作區】
The Community Workstation was established to coordinate projects
throughout the area as well as synthesize the history and
culture, both new and old, of Datongdong and the Dihua Sewage
Treatment Plant. What’s more, the Spring Grass Art Institute
uses a familiar publishing method to create the concept of
a “cultural passport,” producing a kind of public art style
that allows residents and non-residents alike to meet one
another, interact, dialogue and create – all over again.
The intention and design of the “Datongdong Artist” exhibit
is to allow participants to touch and interact with history,
humanity, residents and artifacts of the community, encapsulating
the entire district. At the same time, the art cannot convey
of feeling of being off in some remote, distant land. Given
a willing spirit, everyone can pour their heart and soul into
this project, become artists and bring the community closer
together. So, just like the guidance one receives in a temple
during prayer, or the proof offered up from a collection of
receipts, it is our hope to deepen relationships within the
community and give rise to a project that is a bit different.
The sketch book and certificate take the concept of a cultural
passport one step further, giving rise to a new form of public
art that allows residents, non-residents and the community
to reinitiate contact, interaction, dialogue and creation.
This also ensures that the entire project will not devolve
into something that immediately disappears, without leaving
a footprint or single remnant of its existence behind, but
will instead increase the feeling of identity the public shares
with its community.
Description of Style
Implementation：Spring Grass Art Institute – A Complete Public
Participation
Honorary-artist candidates from both inside and outside the
community first obtain a stamped “Dalongdong Artist” sketch
book at the starting gate. The content of the artists’ sketch
books is what drives this project. Using an approach of accomplishing
more with less effort, candidates must pass through each station
set up along the route, participating in each area’s respective
activity. After making it through the entire course, candidates
receive a certificate naming them honorary Dalongdong artists.

小草藝術學院 Spring Grass Art
「小草藝術學院」，專以收集民間各種歷史老圖像，進行印刷出版並以低廉的價格出售明信片、筆記書，讓一般民眾以毫不吃力的代價，就能擁有這些自己文化的記憶。以高品質且價廉的歷史圖像創意產業為媒材與形式，進行一項大型長期且須全民共同參與完成的藝術創作實踐。由於其產業屬性與此計畫的文化歷史背景相似，或許在藝術家與居民互動過後，可以結合互動成就發展出貼近北大同區的作品。
學經歷
1994 文化美術系罷課事件，學生成立小草藝術學院。
1998 創業作《燦爛紅葉 射日三十年》紀念明信片出版。時正值紅葉少棒隊三十週年，因為覺得紅葉少棒隊對台灣很有意義，契合出版的宗旨與背景，此時是以整套的方式出版，銷售情況並不好，後來均以單張明信片的方式出版。
2002 進入誠品通路，並獲《誠品好讀》的報導介紹。
2003 筆記本《李小龍》、《科學小飛俠》、《無敵鐵金剛》、《本田機車》、《環島一週》、《反攻大陸 解放台灣》出版，此一系列並計畫出版三部曲，一為《反攻大陸 解放台灣》，二為《美國派》，三為《皇民》，筆記本《紅葉三十五年》、《小甜甜》出版。
